POLICY

Domestic Shipping

Depending to the volume of orders we receive, ready-to-ship (RTS) items will be shipped not (including delivery) in 7-14 business days or earlier via USPS First Class Package.

Sorry, Tahoom is not accountable for any lost packages in transit.

International shipping may subject to some added custom fees that Tahoom has no control over with when calculated at checkout to your destinations.

Cancellations/ Returns or Exchanges

Unfortunately, Tahoom don’t offer cancellation after your order was placed. Tahoom can modify your order within 3 days after you placed it for any change in sizes but not in colors or prints.

Changed in mind or ordered a wrong size is not acceptable for returns.

Please contact Tahoom within 3 days upon receiving your package providing a photo if there's any issues with your order for resolution.

Return must be made within 5 days after package was received.

Exchanges might not always be possible due to our limited stocks.

Refund

Refund (if applicable) will be issued in a form of shop credit towards a future order after returned package is received and inspected.
