Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

All dress orders will be shipped in 3 weeks. Packages are mailed via USPS First Class Package with $5 flat rate within the United States.

Tahoom is not accountable for any lost packages during transit but please contact us so we can try to help you resolve the issue.

No international shipping is available at the moment. 

Cancellations/ Returns or Exchanges

Unfortunately, Tahoom does not offer cancellation after your order was placed. Tahoom can modify your order within 48 hours after you placed it for a change in size or style. Changed in mind or ordered a wrong size is not acceptable for returns.

Please contact Tahoom within 48 hours upon receiving your package providing a photo if there's any issues with your order for resolution.

Return must be made within 3 days after package was received.

Exchanges might not always be possible due to our limited stocks.

Refund

Refund (if applicable) will be issued in a form of shop credit towards a future order after returned package is received and inspected.
