Depending to the volume of orders we receive processing time and shipping can be 2-3 weeks, via USPS First Class Package.
Tahoom is not accountable for any lost packages during transit but please contact us so we can help you resolve the issue.
International shipping may subject to some added custom fees that Tahoom has no control over with when calculated at checkout to your destinations.
Cancellations/ Returns or Exchanges
Unfortunately, Tahoom don’t offer cancellation after your order was placed. Tahoom can modify your order within 48 hours after you placed it for a change in size if applicable or shop credit will be another option.
Changed in mind or ordered a wrong size is not acceptable for returns.
Please contact Tahoom within 2 days upon receiving your package providing a photo if there's any issues with your order for resolution.
Return must be made within 3 days after package was received.
Exchanges might not always be possible due to our limited stocks.
Refund (if applicable) will be issued in a form of shop credit towards a future order after returned package is received and inspected.
